Tim Kroemer, Founder
Tim founded Kojent after two decades on the front lines of finance — from advising clients at PwC to leading transformations as Group CFO across multinational businesses.
He built and led PwC’s financial modelling and analytics practices in the Middle East, helping companies turn data into decisions. From there, he stepped into senior leadership, steering large-scale restructurings, navigating financial distress, and driving performance across sectors from heavy industry to healthcare to retail.
What connects it all: a belief that the right insight — delivered clearly and acted on fast — changes outcomes.
Tim launched Kojent in 2025 to bring that clarity to others. Not as theory, but as execution. Not as slides, but as strategy you can act on. He leads with a mix of analytical depth and operational edge, shaped by years inside the room where the hard decisions get made.
